Refund policy
We accept returns on condition 20% restocking charges, and customer should report return an item to Khanum Jan within 24 hrs after receiving the parcel. Returns will not be acceptable after due time or days (Either any condition).
- To be eligible for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit the Returned item must be in its original condition unused and in the original packaging and restocking charges of 20% will be deducted. Returns will not be accepted, If a return is initiated after a week.
- Proof of purchase or order Number is required for all returns.
- Certain items such as Formals, Bridals and Custom Made dresses or any Standard size dress with custom change are not refundable. They can only go for alteration if any needed.
- Alteration time for bridals is (45 to 60 days ) and cost of postage must be bear by the customer.
Quality check of the Returned Item
Once we receive your returned item at ware house and it is inspected and quality checked, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Refund process is of 14 Days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and its purely customers own liability to return an item.
